The gathering at the Mother See concluded with a statement from the clergy, in which the clergy expressed their loyalty to the muron-distributing Holy Etchmiadzin and the Catholicos of All Armenians for leading the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church with patriarchal wisdom, spiritual courage, and peaceful steadfastness in these trying days. The Armenian Patriarch urged them to reject ideas and actions that are detrimental to the nation. His Holiness highly appreciated the courageous spirit, steadfastness, and zeal shown by the clergy in these difficult days for the preservation of canonicality and unity in our Holy Church.
