Capital City and Province

There are different perceptions of a capital city among us: for part of Armenia residents Gyumri is considered to be a city, for some – Vanadzor, another part believes it is Tbilisi. How does a city guide village and the village nourishes the city, to what extent can the capital city be deemed as a development factor?
