The draft law on amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code was approved by the government. The draft law criminalizes carrying, spreading, creating and leading a criminal subculture, involving in those groups, applying to a person with the highest status of criminal hierarchy. At the same time, there is an incentive norm for the participant who will reveal such a grouping or will contribute to the disruption of its activities. What are the roots of the criminal subculture and how can it be overcome? Sociologist Gayane Hovakimyan and cultural anthropologist Aghasi Tadjosyan are discussing.
